A Walk In The Park with Echo Park

This layout is from Echo Park A Walk in the park paper pack. Its fun and so colorful- a great spring pack to pick up!  Its feeling a little like spring here in the Pacific North West. The sun has made an appearance once or twice this week and its time to celebrate the change of a season here in my back yard. These pictures are from last spring, but the paper got me in the mood to scrap them and reflect on how thankful I am to live where I live. Have a wonderful day! And happy Scrapping!

CK layout

A boy layout. I know I find these so hard to do. But I have to start doing more. The paper was such an inspiration from the Hero layout I did, with the Glitz paper.I couldnt let it go. I had to make another one with the collection. I added a bit of guy appropriate bling to the side of the page, a ticket, TH bingo card embossed and inked, copper brads to create a funny bingo, copper colored cogs and some cardboard letters all boy but super fun.

SMILE

Good morning! I wanted to share a layout I made for my 16 yr old., a fun little layout to show off her personality. I love this paper! I used Fancy Pants, The Daily Grind by Michelle Coleman, for the matting of the photos. The background paper is also Fancy Pants, but it is from a line All Fall by Nancie Rowe- Janiz. Love the soft colors and how well they work together. I added some bling to one of the flowers to pull a little green out, and some Stickles to highlight the beauty of the paper. The flowers are cut from a Sizzix die as well as the doily under them, I used a self adhesive cork paper for the flowers. The butterflys are a fun little product called Resist Canvas by Prima. They come in a cream canvas color with the designs printed on them you can ink them, smootch them, paint, or color them what ever color you like! Super fun and a bit of whimsy for my oldest.

Super Hero

For this layout I used Creative Imaginations brown for the background and layered with a really fun line by Glitz Design called Distressed Couture by Traci Smith.  I used the reverse to create the super hero with my gypsy and Playtime Cart. Inked all the edges, gave it a little doodle, added a perfect Peachy Keen face to top it off~!

Layout!

So, I have been trying to use my stash, this paper pack is something I picked up back in November with my bestie at the CKC in our state. I thought the paper would go perfect with my little ham and her snow pictures, I know its not traditional, but this little girl is nothing short of a rock star! She is  funny, smart, witty, kind, and all about glitter, hair, makeup and music videos! She keeps her siblings on their toes and in wonder at what she will come up with next. The pictures are all her. Fun and bright, perfect for this paper!!!I used my gypsy and Rock star font for the words, did a little doodle and blinged out the eye patch!

Little Flirt

I love this stamp, her little dress and her smile are just so fun. You can find her here, but she is out of stock! She is called "Flirty Anya" from the greeting farm.( I colored her with copics) I used some craft paper for the base of the card, and some Crate paper for the layers under the little flirt! The sentiment is from Crafty Sprouts, from the set "Smilie on!"

Saturday, March 17, 2012

I was in a die cuttin' polka dotted mood! I love the paper from My Little Shoebox, and used my stash on this,  I also used my Crafty Sprouts stamps to make this fun little garden card. I should have showed the inside, its stamped "friend". Hope you have a crafty day!

I have a little card to share today, I used Crafty Sprouts Sentiment from Rock that baby bump set. The bottle cut is from Baby Steps, I used my gypsy and cricut to cut it out, for the layers I used the big shot with labels eight die, rounded the edges of the card with my corner rounder, vola!  A quick fun little card! Be ewe nique!

Hi a good morning to you all and happy early Valentines day!!! I have been crazy busy with life and working in my craft room on layouts, catching up on projects, and trying to keep it all nice and tidy in here.  The hubbs has taken to just locking the door to keep the kiddos all out.... I want them to be able to utilize the space, but the messes are just to much!!! Ahh such is like with a brood as big as mine, enough complaining, I have a layout of my oldest to show you! I used all her self portrait shots and made a little 5x7 collage, I wanted to have 4 pics of her on here, but wanted them all to be smaller than 4x6. I cut the collage up in to my 4 pictures, and added some black paper as the frame. The sheep paper I found on a crafting trip I took with my "scrappy girls" last month... I cant remember the manufacturer! If you know, I would love it if you dropped me a line!! Thanks and happy scrapping!!
